Running again

Been running again today- it does get easier and easier each time. 1.5 miles today and ran about half of that. It was great weather and sunny at the same time.

    don't forget to cross train. do some light weights to build those muscles around the knees to protect it. work your core and glutes too..the new issue of runners world has a great article on how to prevent injuries. STRETCH!!

  2. I am doing much better at stretching. My legs are feeling better each and every day. Thanks for your support. Robin (my BFF) has ordered me the Runners mag for my b-day!
